This is a photo of Jupiter showing the bands or stripes on its surface.
One of the difficulties in taking photos of Jupiter is getting the exposure right.
If you have the right exposure to see the bands then the moons disappear into the darkness.
If you have the right exposure for the moons the surface is over-exposed.

This photo shows Jupiter with its four major moons: Europa, Ganymede, Io and Callisto.

This is a photo of the Orion Nebula taken in March 2017 with my Sony A6000 camera using a 4-second exposure with the telescope on an equatorial mount. The Orion Nebula is 1,344 light years from earth and is one of the brightest nebulae.

This is a photo of Saturn. The image was taken to the East in early May 2016. The image is quite small in my 8″ Meade LX90 telescope and becomes quite pixelated.

A photo of the moon. This image was taken in January 2017 with
my Sony A6000 camera and 8″ Meade LX90 telescope

Here is my 8″ Meade LX90 telescope with equatorial mount.
These are “Star Trails” taken with my Sony A6000 camera. The dashed lines/streaks are aeroplanes.
